Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers two separate types of payments on SaathiWise: (1) subscription payments made by Business Users, and (2) booking advance payments made by Customers.
1. Subscription Payments (Business Users)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew via Razorpay.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for partial or unused months.
- If we are unable to deliver the service due to a fault on our end for an extended period, a pro-rated credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Booking Advance Payments (Customers)
Some businesses on SaathiWise collect a 30% advance payment via WhatsApp to reserve a Customer's appointment slot. The remaining 70% is paid directly to the Business at the time of the visit and is outside SaathiWise's payment system.
Advance payment refund rules:
- Cancelled by the Business (e.g. unavailable, closed) — full advance is automatically refunded to the Customer.
- Cancelled by the Customer — refund is at the discretion of the Business. Customers should contact the Business directly via WhatsApp to request cancellation and refund.
- No-show — the advance is generally non-refundable, as it compensates the Business for the reserved slot, unless the Business chooses otherwise.
- Rescheduled appointments — the advance carries over to the new appointment time; no refund is issued.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
4. SaathiWise's Role
SaathiWise facilitates the collection of the booking advance on behalf of the Business as a slot-reservation mechanism. We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of the underlying service (haircut, consultation, etc.) — that remains between the Customer and the Business.
