These Terms govern your use of SaathiWise, an AI-powered WhatsApp appointment booking platform. By signing up or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
SaathiWise provides businesses with an AI WhatsApp assistant to manage appointment bookings, a client dashboard, and related notifications. We offer a free 7-day demo period, after which continued use requires an active paid subscription.
New Business Users receive a 7-day free demo. If no paid plan is activated by the end of the demo, the booking assistant is automatically paused for that business until upgrade.
Businesses may optionally enable a 30% advance payment collected via SaathiWise (through Razorpay) at the time of booking, to reserve a customer's slot. The remaining balance is payable directly by the Customer to the Business at the time of the appointment and is not handled by SaathiWise. See our Refund Policy for advance payment refund terms.
SaathiWise operates on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Message delivery is subject to Meta's policies and availability. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages (Meta, Razorpay, hosting providers) may occasionally affect availability.
SaathiWise is a booking facilitation tool. We are not a party to the underlying service transaction between a Business and its Customer, and are not liable for the quality, delivery, or outcome of services booked through the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to maintain an active paid subscription after the free demo period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
